This type of juxtaposition is often what planners demand rather than copying the original style which can just look pastiche and, lets face it, is unlikely to be affordable in modern times.
As I say it's personal taste but I like it, I like the layout with lots of storage and at £109K for city centre living it surely ticks the boxes for affordable living for young people. The sort of thing that all those freaking out about Kirstie's advise say is impossibleCertainly back in my city living days I would definately have given up Netflix for this one.
