You've missed the photo taken looking the other way where they've put a mini kitchen in.

Talking of converted garages, would a bedroom where you effectively have to leave the house and pass through the uninsulated remains of a garage to access meet building regs? People have lain down on the M25 for this sort of stuff.

When I was last looking at properties I almost always discounted houses where the garage had been converted (partly or in total) to a living space
