That area is prone to flooding... It hasn't for a while, but if there is any torrential rain (in Norfolk, ha!), it could.The EA is also a little optimistic with "a comprehensive range of local shops and amenities" - A couple of pubs, and three/four stalls on the market. But there is a regular bus service to the coast and in to Norwich, so plenty more within striking distance.

I already know it well, have lived in Norfolk most of my life and Aylsham for about 15 years.There's a couple of supermarkets but more importantly it also has a butchers that was voted best in the country a couple of years ago0

A floor space of 2000 square metres+ means there's room for the whole family!There's always the coach house and cottage, too, if you have a bit of a bust-up.Love the style too - "classic and modern".Handy for Stansted to, for when you want to pop off to one of your holiday homes
