Apparently totally refurbished. .......in 1992 🤔🤔 surely that means in need of modernisation now.!?
Don't like the look of the previous owner....
And you're not wrong. My parents bought a 1986 bungalow with that kitchen. When I inherited in 2006, the kitchen was in dire need of replacement.

Think that's the current owner of the house next door.
Even worse. Who'd want a scary neighbour like that? :o

Do you think he's burying something....😮😮
He and his neighbour are obviously engaged in extreme floral rivalry, so there could well be a spray bottle full of Weedol just out of shot......

However, in case he or his family spot this thread, I should add that my thoughts concerning this gentleman are based entirely on a prejudiced view of people who look furtive. I have no evidence whatever to substantiate anything I've said. He's probably just like me; a really nice bloke. o:)

Indeed! 😁 I've just persuaded my husband to go for the mass murderer moustache look for the duration of lockdown. He's a very hairy chap and no haircut for a few weeks is going to be hilarious. So in for a penny in for a pound, for my entertainment!
If he has to leave the house much, looking truly evil may keep other people further away, and it could save his life.
    Well thought out! 😀

There's some very remote locations in recent posts. i wouldn't like to think how long a drive it would be to the nearest IKEA!
It's actually a thing in the Highlands that people band together and place an Ikea delivery every few months or so alltogether to cut costs. Works a treat lol

Yes, where I live (north coast of Scotland), there's a company that does a monthly run down to the Edinburgh IKEA, you place your order online and they pick it up for you!

I've used them before I believe!!!!!! I lived north west of Inverness for a while, but currently between Inverness and Aberdeen. Looking to buy back home west of Inverness!

This one looks solid enough from the outside. Not sure why the EA says "in need of extensive renovation or demolishing".

Ok, I've read enough and am ready to play!

It was on my possible list with a false wall put up, floor to ceiling book case creating the false wall or just removing it.

I just couldn't picture myself mid- conversation and loads of tea having a mate say 'can I nip to the loo' and actually saying 'yeah, behind you'......

Plus not having a decent 2nd bedroom.
And what is that on top of the cistern? A mono tap?
Have they actually put a handsink on top of the toilet?

Common in Japan apparently, where space-saving's a priority.
    Cross-posted with Dave!
I seem to remember ages ago we mentioned Japan's obsession with saving room by having drawers under the house that you could slide your car into, etc.
