Have you ever seen that much hardstanding?
"The proposed development of the new fence, fence line and the large hard standing driveway/frontage would result in an incongruous and discordant form of development. The fence and hardstanding is considered to be out of keeping with the character of the area, the landscape context and the host dwelling."
So a special opportunity to undo the hardstanding and fence...----------------This is special. The property is wrapped in garden areas and is set to tarmac in the main providing an incredible amount of off road parking to the front and both sides (one side running through to the garage). There is potential here for parking for a motorhome/caravan plus family cars or commercial vehicles plus family cars (subject to observing any restrictive covenants if applicable) The rear garden is also tarmac in the main providing low maintenance living. In it's class i do not believe there is a home offering this amount of hard-standing.
Agents Note
The current owner is just waiting to hear on whether a fence may need to replaced to a lower level. The vendor has confirmed this will be done if required.

Good spot! So it was once one of several similarly styled bungalows on quite a cohesive looking road until it was 'individualised'.Green_hopeful said:

We've had similar on our road, including the one semi where the new owner decided to fit grey cladding to their half, butting up to white on the other half, and another switching cladding for render. Both against restrictive covenants...1 -
Odd history. On zoopla it was listed in May 2019 for £300k, sold in June 2019 for £190k then listed in May 2020 for £325k.Green_hopeful said:

A real scary house here:

simultaneously too derelict to require a Home Report, yet looks like it's been occupied very recently.7
