A gem of a house with a super special bathroom
Looks like it's all been well looked after. I wouldn't keep the bathroom but could certainly live with it till getting to that point of a renovation.

Agent's particulars say ".... a further two double bedrooms, both of which have pretty views and built-in storage, with one featuring an original fireplace..." there's also a little something else 'featuring' in the room which didn't get a mention
with one featuring an original fireplace and natural light through the bay window, you can unwind after a long day and relax in the tranquil space.

"Just visiting the "tranquil space " for a poo..."

It's connected to a macerator, so any tranquility will be gone when you flush it.

And same again if when the macerator needs unblocking or servicing.

Must have been a quick flip as inside was a complete botch job in person.

They'd sold of HALF of the garden and built their own offices and storage for the company they own.

We missed the 10 foot cement wall in the photos, I couldn't stop laughing when we were in the garden and the EA was confused why I thought it was odd?!

It's also disgustingly overpriced after being reduced twice already!
Finally completed on our new home

Those photos are so over processed it almost looks like a 3D render and that wall at the end of the garden is awful!

Pic 17 makes me feel as though I'm inside a rubic cube. Most perculiar...

And a "spot the agent" too.

And a "spot the twigs in a vase".  At one time the predecessor of this thread often enjoyed such spots.  I've begun to feel nostalgic.

Small world! We looked at this one as well (didn't view in person), now we know what the wall is for. Be a pain when the fence next needs replacing!
Total Square footage small for a 4 bed as well.
