A most odd set of photos - someone with a handle fetish?

Or someone with aspirations of being a fine art photographer.

I really don't understand those kind of photos for trying to sell a house. A close up of a door knob doesn't show me what I want to see!!!!! *rolls eyes*

    A real scary house here:

simultaneously too derelict to require a Home Report, yet looks like it's been occupied very recently.

That's utterly bizarre. Wonder what the back story is?

Can't work out if that coal fire is lit or just a picture? If it's real then someone must be living in it.

I'd be a bit more concerned about the (recent, if you check Streetview) massive crack in the front wall tbh...

That could just be the ancient render couldn't it ?

With all the damp upstairs I'd be thinking a new roof for sure.

Not so sure. The corner at the door doesn't look too good.

If not still occupied then it was very recent - wooden furniture is polished/clear of dust.

All upholstered furniture has been removed (except 2 dining chairs) and one bed remains.  I guess the carpets are included because the state of the floors would be consistent with that of the walls and ceilings.
