What's an "Ex new build"? Surely that applies to every house ever built?

I guess they mean it's a micro house. 2 bedrooms and a walk in cupboard. "Master" bedroom is barely big enough for a bed.
Allocated parking spaces that make it impossible to charge a car.
This is one of those homes that should probably never have been built.1 -

"Leasehold" made me stop reading.

Indeed, it's probably next to worthless due to some multiplying ground rent or something.ProDave said:[Deleted User] said:RichardD1970 said:What's an "Ex new build"? Surely that applies to every house ever built?

Indeed I do not. Anyway, most of these new builds are only sized for a double bed and even then with only a small gap to walk around it.Patr100 said:

It's the way the chairs are positioned in the master bedroom that surprised me. Do what you want in your own home, but I would definitely have repositioned the chairs before the photographer came round!goldfinches said:

I'm not thinking about new build. Even most Victorian housing stock of which there is the majority in London, the main bedroom excluding a bay window is rarely more than about 12 foot or so at the widest point.[Deleted User] said:
