Nearly half a million pounds and only 2 photos on the listing.

2 bed bungalow for sale in Linthorpe Avenue, Wembley HA0 - Zoopla

Maybe the inside of the property is too dangerous to enter, or so bad they couldn't take pictures
In the heart of crack den city and stabbing central also, on the plus side the police station is not too far away.

'Get your creative juices flowing'.  I'd more worried about what I can imagine hiding under the greenery in the garden that is trying to make it's way into the house!
Kinda wondering why you'd need a shovel in the bathroom.... <boggle>

If I'm not mistaken, that's japanese knotweed. That house is probably worth about £100k or whatever the land might be worth under these circumstances.

Agreed. I get lots of that in my garden and it seems to be just about the most thriving plant I've ever seen. It grows so fast you can almost see it climbing. I wish my clematis (which it grows around and strangles given the chance) was so active.

I grudgingly admire bindweed it's an amazing plant.

Although not on the notifiable scale of knotweed, It's very difficult to get totally rid of. It will choke all other plants if allowed to . A systemic weed killer is needed to spray the leaves leaving the intact plant to absorb as just pulling them out doesn't stop the roots system from coming back and the cuttings will also just spread it even more unless disposed of carefully.
Digging out is also tricky unless you can remove all the plant which is often difficult. Specially if the source is another garden.
I don't know if the non gysophate weed killers will work as well - hopefully they do  but I've not yet tried them on bindweeds.
