The cladding might be the thing of most interest, but as someone else has pointed out, there are plenty of mattresses around if one needs to jump....

Why do I get the feeling that "loft conversion" has no building regs?  It looks like the standard W roof trusses boxed in.

As there are no measurements, it is hard to tell whether this is just a poorly photographed space.  The interior picture has the up-and-over door almost square (if anything taller than wide) whereas the photo of the front of the house has the door a little wider than high.  (Or is it just my odd eyesight?)

But the measurements are given:

Garage - 5.229 x 1.956 (17'1" x 6'5") - Having electric roller shutter door, power, lighting and door which leads into dining room.

Wonder you may - certainly no measurements were given on the screens I viewed..
Then again, what percentages of garages are used to house cars?  Mine has a lawnmower and workshop materials and lots of boxes of "stuff", the car stands outside in all weathers.
