I think that passes as a 4bed. Also spot the cats.FreeBear said:[DELETED USER] said:
No living room. The estate agent wanted to lie about it having 4 bedrooms to get more views, as if people are not going to notice. Well, apparently at least one person didn't, but I'd hope it would become apparent to you if you went to view it.GDB2222 said:
Umm, what is it missing? It’s got one more shrine than most houses have, though.[DELETED USER] said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/111299189#/?channel=RES_BUY
This house is missing something important.Here's another one - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/108486827#Definitely a 3 bed, never 4.0 -
What is wrong with it? More or less every second house in this country has this layout.[DELETED USER] said:FreeBear said:[DELETED USER] said:

Houses like that are a tragedy. They are just so badly designed. Waste loads of space, awkward room layout, and a garage that is too small for many cars. Can't easily be fixed either.
Unfortunately most houses are built as cheaply as possible, which means design is focused on reducing cost. They don't use architects, only architectural engineers who seem to have no clue about what people actually need from a home.0 -

Are we looking at the same thing? I can see that there's been a problem with water leaking through the ceiling to the kitchen, I'd at least want to know that whatever leaked is no longer leaking and that it has properly dried and bathroom floor upstairs isn't rotten.
I think putting a new bathroom and a kitchen is a bit much for almost any DIYer, I also suspect that house is in need of a new roof but hard to tell from the photos.0 -
Wow that is a terrible paint job. I actually viewed a property where someone had decided to paint themselves and did a really shoddy job with cheap paint but this is much worse. It's like they weren't even trying to make it neatGers said:So much green and spot the wildlife!0 -

My personal favourite isn't even the missing wall between the toilet and the bed but the sofa facing the toilet seat. What is the purpose of that? What kind of conversations happen there? Who hangs out on that sofa and is it during deposits?Gers said:
