But if they do...FreeBear said:
Not surprising with a funeral business next door. On the bright side, it is unlikely they would have any rowdy parties late at night.Ditzy_Mitzy said:

Umm, what is it missing? It’s got one more shrine than most houses have, though.[DELETED USER] said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/111299189#/?channel=RES_BUY

No living room. The estate agent wanted to lie about it having 4 bedrooms to get more views, as if people are not going to notice. Well, apparently at least one person didn't, but I'd hope it would become apparent to you if you went to view it.GDB2222 said:

At least people have plenty of chance to study the Rightmove photos and layout. In the "olden" days when all you got was one badly photocopied sheet with a photo of the outside, how many journeys could be wasted by only finding out what was was really there, when you viewed. (Not excusing the present-day ones mind.)FreeBear said:[DELETED USER] said:

BUT it does have 4 bedrooms and a study room in the loft that is larger than some bedrooms! As well as a room that appears to be used currently as a massage room but is called "home office" perhaps because they are running a business @home, also supported that the downstairs shower room has first aid kit and the utility room has a projector, possibly a waiting room?[DELETED USER] said:

Does a room need to be called something by the previous occupant to be set for eternity as only for that purpose. It has rooms that cannot readily be used alternatively, bathrooms/kitchen but everything else is up for grabs, even the "home office" and outdoor exercise shed! So it has 115 sqm of space, is that value for money?
It's a bad as people commenting upon tidiness or the interior decor, wholly irrelevant.4
