Yes there are some cracks in the walls in particular where the single storey extension is coming away from the main house, but I don't believe that makes it dangerous to enter the property.

The most honest Estate Agent description ever in that video!  ProDave, it sounded as though there was rot in the floorboards and I’m not sure they knew how far it extends - the zoom function was used more than physical movement.

Ha Ha, I didn't realise the video had sound, I accidentally had it muted.  The Comentary tells a lot more.

My friend in that area had standing water under the floor boards so I'd say that was a possibility

What’s really scary and sad is that I can very easily see my Dad’s house ending up in a similar state.  He’s not coping, but he doesn’t want to move either.  One of my worst fears is him dying unnoticed and undetected for months.  Saying that, my brother and I do try to keep an eye on him but he has to want us to help him.
