I reckon that's a computer monitor and they are using the landing as a makeshift office during covid.General_Grant said:
They like photographs. Perhaps it's just a screen on which to display a rolling selection of pictures.briskbeats said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/106602269#/floorplan?activePlan=1&id=media0&channel=RES_BUY
Why would anyone have a TV on a very small landing? That's three TVs in a 1 bed property.
Or it's the spare in case one of the others fails.0 -
This house sadly seems to have fallen into some disrepair. Nice location and the new owner will need a big budget to afford it. Not quite sure why the quick sale is wanted.

Offer the 2009 listing price as the house has clearly been neglected for some time.Noseybear38 said:This house sadly seems to have fallen into some disrepair. Nice location and the new owner will need a big budget to afford it. Not quite sure why the quick sale is wanted.

I think it could be a CCTV monitoring station? - it looks like it could be a CCTV recording hub on the bottom shelf of the unit, and there looks to be CCTV cameras on the exterior of the house, though it's hard to be certain due to the picture resolution.briskbeats said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/106602269#/floorplan?activePlan=1&id=media0&channel=RES_BUY

Spot the man on the roof - could it be a burglar, window cleaner or the EA's photographer doing aerial shots?
Any guesses as to what the structure is going along the left side boundary in the garden?0 -

Any guesses as to what the structure is going along the left side boundary in the garden? You are imagining things. It is a chimney in #26, not a human. As for the structures - Pens for cat or dogs perhaps.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
