Why would anyone have a TV on a very small landing? That's three TVs in a 1 bed property.

That's a scream alright. Interesting place to keep one's bicycle when there are all those outbuildings available and what, precisely, is the subject of pic 15 supposed to be? A rustic grotto or a barbeque arbour, the mind boggles.

They like photographs.  Perhaps it's just a screen on which to display a rolling selection of pictures.
Or it's the spare in case one of the others fails.

Lovely house. Is it a B&B though? Bit confused by the "Polite Notice" on the mantel in the kitchen which (I think) reads:

"All [...] are politely requested to leave the ground floor at 7:30pm sharp."

Seems a bit cruel to make your family leave their own kitchen at 7:30! Haha, but it doesn't look to be set up as a B&B? 

Edit: re-read it, the mystery word is "children". All children to leave the ground floor at 7:30pm sharp. Passive aggressive much?!

I would imagine it's just a bit tongue in cheek. Bit like the 'never trust a skinny cook' sign...

Not far from us is that. Wouldn't take much to make it a lovely house. Not sure I could be bothered with the pool-hire side however, but as you say, a proper niche house.
