From picture 10 it looks like it would be a challenge to access the property to do the necessary building work.
And another with an interesting street view!
Strange that there is a brand new looking kettle and a new tube of hand/face cream. Almost like someone is actually living in it.

There is nothing worth saving of the burned out building, but neither is it an attractive plot for a new build.
Funny how the music soundtrack to the video sounds like it should accompany  the viewing of the latest holiday  home with the latest facilities!

It's a cave and would fit a man, but not what I expected!
  • Also that listing is one for Crashy_Time .  First on at £685k (still showing if you click the video link), now reduced to £625k.

Seems like a reasonable sized house. Plenty of space for a desk. So not sure what they are doing on that computer that it needs to be hidden away down in the coal hole.

    De-stressing, no doubt!

Me I'd move the computer, tyres and bicycle elsewhere and test the acoustics with the Technics deck!

It is only a flat, and in the basement. Agreed, the main bedroom, lounge & kitchen/diner are spacious, the views through the windows are not brilliant.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

I'd definitely prefer the 1st floor flat if the garden was communal.  Basement lucky to have sole use of it.

Incidentally I wonder do lower ground flats come on the market much more frequently than hall or first floor.  You'd expect that to be the case since they're generally less desirable.  Not many people choose a basement flat for their forever home.

The best EPC I have seen - property currently very unmodernised and surveyor mentions improvements that start with loft insulation and go all the way to a wind turbine (subject to planning permission).
