That mirror in the bathroom is the most awful of the pieces in there.
The property maybe on the market for £1.25m, but certainly the furniture, pictures etc maybe worth that amount again

Then in pic 9 - got a garden reclining chair which came from B&M for £30

The guy in the corner watching me have a bath would be very off-putting for me.

Taps over the sinks, no less. Remember the days when the taps were several feet to the side of the sink, really inconvenient.

Given how cagey estate agents tend to be about confirming any important details, interesting they're prepared to say, hand on heart, that "the property has never encountered any flooding in its long 247-year history"!

I’d be concerned that it was a case of milady doth protest too much and wonder how many times has it actually flooded!!

Imagine going all the way from the bigger bedroom to the bathroom/loo and finding someone had just gone in for a bath.
