Another one of those houses where you're not sure if the interior pics are in black and white at first. Must say I was relieved to see a bit of blue sky at the end..

Is it possible that some kind of filter is applied so that colour is removed?  House plants with grey leaves?  Only light brown wood (floors and window frames) being permitted.  TV screens depicted in monochrome.

I think so. The reflections in the mirrors (particularly in the bedroom) don't match up in terms of colour.

Given how cagey estate agents tend to be about confirming any important details, interesting they're prepared to say, hand on heart, that "the property has never encountered any flooding in its long 247-year history"!

When I was a student I lived literally next door. Absolutely lovely area. Someone will be very lucky to get to live there.
