PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. GaleSF63 said:Interesting:"benefits being sold to the market with tenant in situ and no upward chain, making it a perfect purchase for an investor or someone looking to get onto the property ladder."What is interesting is it does not seem to be substantially cheaper than any of the similar properties with vacant possession. Interesting as we have a property we would like to sell but it has a tenant in it. I have bookmarked it to see how it does.

This popped up today a few streets from me. Maybe I'm just picky, but you'd think you'd declutter a bit more for a 7 figure listing. Starts ok, but what on earth is all that on the kitchen worktop?? Can I see a huge saveloy maybe?
That windowless study with a cat flap isn't exactly a remote workers dream either...
