And an outside cat tree - fabulous!  I could easily see my house being like that in a few years  (if I'm not careful!)

With that amount of cat beds, is there going to be a house full of cats or is it plenty of options for the 1 cat?

Owner seems to like their diet lemonade (or maybe it's the cats).

Is that a porta-loo on the drive?

What is interesting is it does not seem to be substantially cheaper than any of the similar properties with vacant possession.  Interesting as we have a property we would like to sell but it has a tenant in it.   I have bookmarked it to see how it does.

This popped up today a few streets from me. Maybe I'm just picky, but you'd think you'd declutter a bit more for a 7 figure listing. Starts ok, but what on earth is all that on the kitchen worktop?? Can I see a huge saveloy maybe?

That windowless study with a cat flap isn't exactly a remote workers dream either...

I have some experience in landlording, and I wouldn't take on someone else's tenancy. There's too much scope for some minor mistake in the paperwork that, effectively, makes the tenant unmoveable. That might change if the tenant is prepared to take a new tenancy with the existing landlord that I can supervise.
