I'm not sure if I'm more shocked at the amount it's been reduced by or the fact you can get what appears to be a well finished 4 bed for £132k. Doesn't seem to be in line with other houses for sale in the area. I wonder what's so bad about it.Sunsaru said:

Renovation job is pony; it's half finished and done to a low standard. The house is next door but two to a Chinese takeaway and faces a large convenience store, church, GP practice and bus stop. Convenient, but somewhat akin to Clapham Junction. It's worth thinking about anti-social behaviour there, although the area looks all right. It's on an A road, so there's potentially a lot of passing traffic. The house next door, joined on, has cracked render and is covered in moss. Alarm bells ring, therefore, for serious damp. It's the same building, ergo the damp is headed directly for the house up for sale. There's an alleyway and potential shared vehicular access at the back, beyond the drive. Such things may cause issues. Finally, there's a six foot fence surrounding the entire frontage. That's not normal, as it prevents light reaching the ground floor. Why is it there? Either there's issues with people, neighbours or kids, causing a nuisance or the traffic noise is unbearable.
