What's up with this one? It sold in August last year for £110k - so around half the price of properties that are exactly identical to it. It has a very interesting sale history - what could explain this?

It could have been involved in an equity buy-out, e.g. one sibling buying out another after inheriting, or ex-spouse buying out a partner. If half the equity is being bought out, then the sale would be recorded at half the value.6
