Agree the small number of photos is odd for a property like this.
ETA - looking at the floorplan there are two bathrooms accessible directly from the top floor landing, I suspect the larger of the two was originally a bedroom too.1 -

I totally agree on both counts. That's a very sweet cat indeed and when I was a child I'd have killed for that bed.

I just looked at the plan again and hadn't previously realised there was a bedroom on the garden floor. I thought the "5th bedroom" was the one in the cottageNaughtiusMaximus said:
