I like how the EAs have included that close-up of the AGA. Like it may be old but have you noticed THIS selling point?!

The AGA is gorgeous and couldn't see another cooker/hob at all so must be well looked after and in working order!

Love it!

Also interesting how most of the properties along that side of the street are of very different designs. There's a semi detached bungalow which is repeated a few times but this and most of the others in the vicinity are unique.

Pity then the EA had to use Photoshop to add the fair weather clouds, which are identical in pics 21 and 22, for example. What else has been "enhanced", I wonder. I know it's a widespread practice but it annoys me.

I suspect it's a one-off designed/built for the original owner.
Apart from a couple of plaster cracks, it looks well built.

You might be on to something there, it is an unusual design, but in a good way.

Just noticed the old fashioned doorbell with the long tubular brass chimes, haven't seen one of those for decades.

OMG I have that living room wallpaper in the house I recently bought - I don't mind it but my other half hates it.  We've not got around to decorating yet - this may expidite the issue!!!
