I love the fact they chose the picture with the massive swear word in it as the main picture!! Most EA's would've avoided putting that in at all, but no........YellowCarBlueCar said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/77615955#/
Antidote to the grey/magnolia 'won't offend anyone' approach. Plus you get insulted by the furniture into the bargain

I'm quite partial to the suite myself. Also pretty sure my childhood bedroom in the 80s featured a wardrobe from the same range as the unit in picture 11, the handles and colour look identical. I remember it seemed old even then.Caraway90 said:I particularly enjoy the lounge carpet!
One slightly odd thing, the kitchen (like most of the house) is pure 1970s but it does have a mixer tap. Were these around in Britain at that time, I didn't think we adopted them until well into the 80s?0 -

I like the rug in picture 13/14, does anyone recognise it?But the shelves+fireplace in pic 10 looks too much even for me. I'd want to keep the shelves but tone down the fireplace.Mortgage - £274,000 to pay

It's a conversion kit made to replace separate taps. Modern monobloc mixers look different, in that the mixing takes place in the body. That thing mixes in the nozzle, allowing it to attach to the original separate hot and cold tap risers. Eighties or later, at a guess.NaughtiusMaximus said:

Nice large garden. Put a gate in the back fence and it's handy for Lidl. Plenty of potential.Caraway90 said:I particularly enjoy the lounge carpet!
