Contender for the least convenient kitchen to prepare food in here, I'm half convinced they're chopping things on the mantelpiece there's so little workspace.
    https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/89747554#/
Also definitely in the running for this month's "if you only got rid of half your clutter you wouldn't need to move" award.
Those curtains at the front door are a serious eye sore.

Also not sure they do much food prep, unless it's just out of shot, there's no sign of any cooker.

(search on the rightmove No. did not come up.)

Another one spotted while doing a bit of more like this for a why am I not getting offers thread.

Promising start, a tidy 2 bed 2up/down with a proper hall utility and dressing area

It was listed on 31/10 so that might explain the ghosts! But yeah...... interesting!

What the absolute f- is up with that kitchen?! They have TWO TOASTERS but I can't even see a FRIDGE!!! If anyone wants to do cooking in there, they'll have to be extremely patient or get the whole room remodelled. How was this ever a functional kitchen, even when it was built with that socking great fireplace there? Was it too old to have had a kitchen when built (it doesn't look THAT old)? Has the house been redesigned by someone who doesn't cook and didn't need a kitchen?
Even funnier is that someone has written 'Eggs, butter, milk' on the chalkboard by the back door as if they cook. Where are you keeping the milk, seller, where is the milk???
(The interactive tour shows the cooker is hiding out of shot behind the photographer but you can barely open it because there's a little table and chair set in the way, and a bread bin on top so using the hobs is inconvenient)
I actually quite like the house style and the original internal features (the modern dodgy curtains and grey wall tiles(?) excepted). Lovely front and back door and the built-in kitchen cupboards with the wooden doors are really attractive. Maybe that's where the fridge is ...

Curious.  It's clearly had money spent on it recently, given the dramatic alterations in décor, but it's also deteriorated.  Some of the rooms look rather shabby and dirty, suggesting that it hasn't been looked after in recent years.  Price seems on the fierce side.

Agree with all of this. The Kitchen would have to be remodelled completely. I don't understand why they've effectively made it a really small kitchen diner, but then have two good sized living / sitting rooms!

Agree the house of the whole is really nice and has bags of potential. Not sure at £200k though for what is really a fixer upper. I know the area well and Park Village isn't the nicest part of Wolverhampton (yes, before anyone jumps in, Wolverhampton does have some nice areas!!)

The kitchen doesn't need to work.  He eats all his meals at the Hard Rock Café.

    That's not a flat - it's a walk in wardrobe!
To make that into a "flat" you would have to have the mentality of a caravan designer, and probably use caravan equipment to fit a toilet, shower, kitchen and sleeping space into that,
That's about the space you get in a 12ft caravan, and you used to get a shower, small kitchen, toilet and seating that converted to a double bed in those.
Getting it all to comply with building regs would be challenging.......
I think it only needs a shower and a toilet, you'd easily fit that in if the plumbing and electrics are there. It would essentially be a hotel room.
