Also definitely in the running for this month's "if you only got rid of half your clutter you wouldn't need to move" award.
Also not sure they do much food prep, unless it's just out of shot, there's no sign of any cooker.3 -

Also definitely in the running for this month's "if you only got rid of half your clutter you wouldn't need to move" award. What the absolute f- is up with that kitchen?! They have TWO TOASTERS but I can't even see a FRIDGE!!! If anyone wants to do cooking in there, they'll have to be extremely patient or get the whole room remodelled. How was this ever a functional kitchen, even when it was built with that socking great fireplace there? Was it too old to have had a kitchen when built (it doesn't look THAT old)? Has the house been redesigned by someone who doesn't cook and didn't need a kitchen?Even funnier is that someone has written 'Eggs, butter, milk' on the chalkboard by the back door as if they cook. Where are you keeping the milk, seller, where is the milk???(The interactive tour shows the cooker is hiding out of shot behind the photographer but you can barely open it because there's a little table and chair set in the way, and a bread bin on top so using the hobs is inconvenient)I actually quite like the house style and the original internal features (the modern dodgy curtains and grey wall tiles(?) excepted). Lovely front and back door and the built-in kitchen cupboards with the wooden doors are really attractive. Maybe that's where the fridge is ...Mortgage - £274,000 to pay

Agree the house of the whole is really nice and has bags of potential. Not sure at £200k though for what is really a fixer upper. I know the area well and Park Village isn't the nicest part of Wolverhampton (yes, before anyone jumps in, Wolverhampton does have some nice areas!!)2 -
