Contender for the least convenient kitchen to prepare food in here, I'm half convinced they're chopping things on the mantelpiece there's so little workspace.

Also definitely in the running for this month's "if you only got rid of half your clutter you wouldn't need to move" award.

What the absolute f- is up with that kitchen?! They have TWO TOASTERS but I can't even see a FRIDGE!!! If anyone wants to do cooking in there, they'll have to be extremely patient or get the whole room remodelled. How was this ever a functional kitchen, even when it was built with that socking great fireplace there? Was it too old to have had a kitchen when built (it doesn't look THAT old)? Has the house been redesigned by someone who doesn't cook and didn't need a kitchen?
Even funnier is that someone has written 'Eggs, butter, milk' on the chalkboard by the back door as if they cook. Where are you keeping the milk, seller, where is the milk???
(The interactive tour shows the cooker is hiding out of shot behind the photographer but you can barely open it because there's a little table and chair set in the way, and a bread bin on top so using the hobs is inconvenient)
I actually quite like the house style and the original internal features (the modern dodgy curtains and grey wall tiles(?) excepted). Lovely front and back door and the built-in kitchen cupboards with the wooden doors are really attractive. Maybe that's where the fridge is ...
The kitchen doesn't need to work.  He eats all his meals at the Hard Rock Café.
Definately! :D  Doing the walk through there is a cooker albeit with a bread bin on it, so sandwiches it is :) but I like the place.  It's quirky and homely and I feel I would like the guy.

Agree the house of the whole is really nice and has bags of potential. Not sure at £200k though for what is really a fixer upper. I know the area well and Park Village isn't the nicest part of Wolverhampton (yes, before anyone jumps in, Wolverhampton does have some nice areas!!)
That was my first thought when I saw the price - seems way overpriced for round there!

    The carpet?
    The orange walls?
    The graveyard view?
    The crack in the wall?

The walls and the carpet. Does my eyes in!
That church is quite nice actually. I drive past it on my way to work and I almost bought a house on the estate opposite it (off the main road) last year.

I still don't see the problem.  The neighbours are lovely: the Hanged Highwayman at plot 4 holds a lantern up at night, getting round the council's light switch off, and Shrieking Susan stays quiet as long as you let her watch the telly through the front room window.

    Amazing!

If that was included on the fixtures and fittings list it would probably be a deal clincher for me!!
    "Close to station."

Sorry about the late reply , over two weeks ago I actually just moved house and PlusNet messed up the phone / broadband activation til yesterday.
In all, it took 6 months from my house going on the market to moving in to the new place.
    What a relief.
