To be fair, this is probably just for someone who needs a bedroom, not a place to live. They live most of the time some distance away and work locally. If the alternative is a hotel room at £150-200 a night, several nights a week, this stacks up financially.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

If the wallpaper didn't do so, that water tank set up would keep me awake at night...

If those trees are mature apples this might just be someone's affordable rural dream.

Gosh, that has the potential to be utterly gorgeous. I'd love to see it on Homes Under the Hammer. :)

    That's not a flat - it's a walk in wardrobe!
To make that into a "flat" you would have to have the mentality of a caravan designer, and probably use caravan equipment to fit a toilet, shower, kitchen and sleeping space into that,
That's about the space you get in a 12ft caravan, and you used to get a shower, small kitchen, toilet and seating that converted to a double bed in those.
Getting it all to comply with building regs would be challenging.......

I did not see any photos of the flat itself, and whether there's any plumbing or electrics, but I can't imagine anyone would buy it unless it is possible to fit the basics in. If there's enough ceiling height, a raised bed platform would help a lot. I don't think that cooking facilities would be high on the list of priorities, but a shower and toilet obviously would be.

Surely it would now be impossible to get rid of the mould. Pretty sure they will buy knock down and rebuild.

https://www.onthemarket.com/details/10061485/ I like the video where it says you have outstanding views from the bathroom- straight into the neighbouring property.

And the neighbours have a great view of the bathroom, as the windows are clear and there’s no blind.
