It'll be the bedroom with the bay window. It's obviously not a "family home" despite the blurb.SallyDucati said:

"The vendors (Pennon Group) undertake to fully decommission the site within the boundaries of the property (leaving any redundant decommissioned pipework and/or chambers in the ground) at their cost within six months of the date of completion of the sale, "in_my_wellies said:
Why didn't they decommission the site before putting it on the block? Does this mean they need the cash to pay for the work? Did they originally get permission to pump a certain volume from the borehole provided they restored the site afterwards?1 -
What came first the pylon or the property? If the pylon was first, why build a property with this in the garden which makes the garden unusable. If the pylon was added (with perhaps the then owner got a big compo cheque) - why couldn't the pylon be installed in the field behind the rail track?Green_hopeful said:2 -
Green_hopeful said:The bungalow with the pylon is different to the rest. My guess is the original developers left that "plot" vacant and left a green space where the pylon is. Then later on someone saw an "opportunity" and bought the bit if land and built a bungalow under the pylon. Not only does it have the pylon in the back garden it is right under the wires. That could get "interesting" when they need to do repairs on the line, like replacing the conductors.3
