By the looks of things its just being built in someones backgarden.  doesnt look like a big plot.

Garden studio flat in north London. Only looked properly yesterday and saw main window in studio room faces the neighbouring flat’s ground floor extension.  How did the council give next door permission to build right next to the window. It’s no 92 flat two if you are interested in seeing the planning travesty.

That dog is a little cutie!

I was looking forward to seeing the view from the balcony but no photo of this feature.  Looks like it just looks out onto the house opposite though!

Yeah I love how much the dog is posing for the photos.

I know the area and think I would feel rather silly sitting on that balcony, not sure why it was ever created!

Looking  on Streetview from July 2019, the front and side has  been completely relandscaped and a wall removed.

I think that is actually a fairly normal sized kitchen for one of these large shared properties. Renting in this country is the worst.

Yes, I would say that's the sort of size you'd get in say a university shared flat. Obviously not everybody can be creating elaborate meals at the same time, but they're hardly likely to be.
