Funny how the previous residents have ripped out most of the other flooring, but they've left that rug, maybe as an act of revenge.

It was sold for £183,500. Watching the online auction as there's a property near me which needs a load of work is on an early lot.

What a silly place to put a bust on stand in pic 9! It just needs someone to walk a couple of steps back from emptying the washing machine to knock it over.

Leeds has loads of properties with door grilles and have seen them on properties in posh areas like Alwoodley.  Probably seen just one or two outside Leeds
