Hard to believe it's the same house!  What a transformation, just wonder why they are selling after only 3 years.

What a silly place to put a bust on stand in pic 9! It just needs someone to walk a couple of steps back from emptying the washing machine to knock it over.

All those busts on plinths just look like a slapstick comedy routine waiting to happen.

They paid £250k, did all that work, and they are now selling for £300k.

Looks like a static caravan has crashed into the roof.

The grille over the door , the CCTV and alarms don't exactly give one much confidence about the locality either.

Leeds has loads of properties with door grilles and have seen them on properties in posh areas like Alwoodley.  Probably seen just one or two outside Leeds

 I read once that drug dens can have door grills to potentially make any police raids that little bit harder and give the occupants time to try to dispose of the evidence. We had a grill  in our council  flat to deter burglaries as our front door  was in a semi obscured alley way area near to the lift ,  on the first floor . We certainly weren't a drug den, though.
I imagine in a house in a street , fewer  burglars force the front door so something prompts the extra security to make a person  more wary as they often look quite unsightly and a porch if there is space to add  , would offer extra security and look nicer.
