Unusual to see an American property address with a single digit for a house number. One of my relatives lives in a development of 60 houses and they all have 4 digits in their house numbers.

The worst offenders are those who have washing out in the garden, on racks inside or on radiators (my pet hate as it causes damp) in EA photos. The sellers knew a few days before the visit so don't do any washing before the EA visits! Once they have cleared off, then put your washer on.

Other than the 100 kinds of "nope" in the interior decoration, that garden! If you want to make your garden look incredibly long and thin, paint the fences in a light colour with a dark colour at the end. Just a few 10s of pounds on some trees or shrubs at the end would at least cover the overlooking houses.
