A well maintained timewarp, especially the kitchen which is in very good condition considering it looks to be over 50 years old.

that's a bit harsh. Sure, it's a bit of an acquired taste but at least all the surfaces are fairly neutral and it's just their clutter that is ugly or weird.robatwork said:
Other than the 100 kinds of "nope" in the interior decoration, that garden! If you want to make your garden look incredibly long and thin, paint the fences in a light colour with a dark colour at the end. Just a few 10s of pounds on some trees or shrubs at the end would at least cover the overlooking houses.od244051 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/72496962#/

but it's on the listing several times. Deposit and weekly amount also match with a five figure rent. It doesn't seem like a mistakePoster_586329 said:
I think someone with fat fingers added a '7' to the price by mistake.FTB_Help said:Poster_586329 said:Hopefully there's been an extra digit added to the price of this one by mistake!

My first flat had tenants in and was in a similar state to this one when I viewed it.Deleted_User said:
This. Tenants don't tend to do anything when a landlord sells up. Why would you. No incentive.VintageHistorian said:
Or wait for the scaffolding to come down before you put the place up for sale...RelievedSheff said:Don't worry about tidying up at all when the estate agents come to take the pictures.......

Methinks this is a landlord selling the place as the roof fix will be too expensive and furious tenants have put minimal effort in to make the inside look nice.I like cooking with wine......sometimes I even put it in the food!0 -
Bad photo - It is a side effect of using a wide angle lens. Also gives the impression of a much bigger garden, driveway, or room.staffie1 said: Looks like a subsidence issue next door (Or just a dodgy photo)?

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
