Other than the 100 kinds of "nope" in the interior decoration, that garden! If you want to make your garden look incredibly long and thin, paint the fences in a light colour with a dark colour at the end. Just a few 10s of pounds on some trees or shrubs at the end would at least cover the overlooking houses.

that's a bit harsh. Sure, it's a bit of an acquired taste but at least all the surfaces are fairly neutral and it's just their clutter that is ugly or weird.

I think someone with fat fingers added a '7' to the price by mistake.

 but it's on the listing several times. Deposit and weekly amount also match with a five figure rent. It doesn't seem like a mistake

Methinks this is a landlord selling the place as the roof fix will be too expensive and furious tenants have put minimal effort in to make the inside look nice.

This. Tenants don't tend to do anything when a landlord sells up. Why would you. No incentive.

My first flat had tenants in and was in a similar state to this one when I viewed it.

Bad photo - It is a side effect of using a wide angle lens. Also gives the impression of a much bigger garden, driveway, or room.
