That's been massively over developed!

Most of those bedrooms are too small. It would be better knocked about again upstairs and turned into four proper bedrooms with the master with en-suite and an upstairs bathroom.

The second bedroom is pointless. It has functioned to host a large built-in wardrobe and has no space for anything else. They would do better by having had it as a walk-in closet that at least would have more storage than the wardrobe without wasting all the space in front of the wardrobe. Having said that, this house is poorly decorated throughout and it is not making good use of the small space. It's decorated as if it wasn't a tiny house.



By the way - am I the only one for whom the quote function on this forum is an absolute pain??

And don't even get me started on the double line spacing present when you're typing a comment then disappears when you click post. I was under the impression WYSIWYG was a universally agreed concept in system design.

One of the best examples I've seen of how not to extend a house and I've seen quite a few in my time!

If there's a cat I'm all over it lol.  The loo might just be for the cats use, humans can go outside behind the bushes 😂

Ive just shown this to my OH (who is old enough to know better) and the first thing he said was “can we view it?”.... yes dear, but only if your friends promise to go home by 7pm! 🤣
