People who can afford 950k to live in a corridor don't bother themselves with cooking. The convection hob is just for warming the truffles for supper (plus there's a burger bar 2 doors down ...)2 -

That house reminds me of my dolls house circa 1960 made from a McCalls pattern. Some of the furniture is similar as well.
