With only four bedrooms, it probably wasn't cost-effective as supported living. One carer could look after more than four people, if they only need a bit of help. On the other hand, one carer on his own would not be able to turn a patient who needs a lot of help.davidmcn said:

Looks like it's been use for some sort of business, given all the direction signs, so presumably needs a change of use.
