Condenser dryers don't need vents so can go almost anywhere , but that looks quite an old model.FreeBear said:

Not if you used the drier during the day! My mum used to have one in a bedroom, just opened the window and stuck the vent out. Used it during the day, of course.Hannimal said:

I can understand the pic of the loft, the fact it's boarded and has a folding hatch and ladder is a selling point. The part which puzzles me is the awful quality photos of the bathroom and kitchen, they look like they were taken with a camera phone from 15 years ago. Also an odd angle for the stairs photo.1 -
