I'm surprised that's so cheap for where it is in the world.
Bags of potential. It's just crying out for those walls knocking out at the back and creating a big kitchen, dining, family room across the back and I'm sure that upstairs layout could be better arranged to have three decent sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and ensuite.
Just a shame it has attached neighbours!
