The near by care home doesn't seem concerned either.

There were some hefty works performed last year along that coastline so it might not be as bad as people expect.

However that low auction guide price suggests it's years not decades.

Low auction guide prices are often designed to attract interest in the sale. It could well go for a lot more to someone willing to take the gamble of how long it may last.

Especially when photographed unfurnished.

I've also seen a studio flat where there's a 6 inch gap between the oven door and the end of the bed.

Personal favourite though is a "mezzanine level" which is really just a bunk bed. 🙄

It does look nice although the ladder to the sleeping area seems to have no handrail - an accident waiting to happen. It's not a probate property is it?!

Edit: looks like it might be a clear/perspex "bannister" that isn't obvious at first

"Studio apartment" sounds more upmarket. "Bedsit" conjures up visions of cramped, damp rooms in crumbling Victorian properties in less desirable areas
