Won't be long before it is in the sea rather than overlooking. Probably explains the low price and the "cash buyer only" tag.

It will be in the sea next winter with the current rate of coastal erosion on that part of the coast!

That coast is certainly prone to erosion, but Happisburgh is where the worst problems are, as the ground there is very soft sand. A lot of the sandstone cliffs along that coast are being eaten away, too, but much more slowly than at Happisburgh.
The auction house has been beautifully done up, so it would be a shame if it collapsed into the sea so quickly.

You can see from the picture above it hasn't got far left to go before it will be deemed uninhabitable and pulled down. I doubt it has another winter left standing!

These cottages in Weybourne have been perched on the edge of the cliff for as long as I’ve been walking past them, which is over 50 years. I expected them to fall into the sea long ago!
