I didgeri-don't think buying that place would be sensible. There is, as they say up North, watter on t'floor in a couple of rooms, which is never a good sign for the structural side of things. Broken windows are also of concern — the place possibly has been, and may continue to be, a vandal magnet, given its reputation. Staying with that, one may have to deal with video-camera toting ghouls with an interest in the place.

It's actually a nice house architecturally, for all that…

I believe many pics are mockups of what the interior could look like - if you like high ceilings and dont mind a huge heating bill

This is very close to where I live and I do kind of know the people that live there and have been inside the house but only in the lounge. I can understand why there is only 1 picture and no pictures of the inside. The windows and curtains are covered in mould and the whole place is filthy and filled with crap. I think they have photographed it with the cars on the drive to hide it.
You can get a clearer view on street view.

The original entrance door was on the side and it has been bricked up but you can still see where it was as the step and canopy are still there.

oh that could be amazing. Carpet samples sewn together as a rug was an old student trick to get a free rug; they’ve seemed to take the idea and run with it 😂 lovely house and fabulous garden.
