Python lovely!
I imagine it's a probate/going into care sale. I hope dear python has a new home to go to. 😊

I couldn't tell at first glance whether the pattern on the ceiling tiles in the sitting room was deliberate or water damage and then pic 21 rather took my breath away. Clearly the agent expects whoever buys it to pull the whole lot down and then build anew so advised the vendors that it wouldn't be a problem but it seems to have been on the market since last summer, judging by the photos of the garden, so perhaps no-one is prepared to put up with all the mess and effort not to mention cost.

@goldfinches i suspect the ceiling tiles have been falling down and they have just knocked off the ones in the living room.

It is rather fab though! 😊

small living space for a three bed, or so it looks in the photos.
maybe spacious and intimate is the EA equivalent of medicine side effects which seem to always include diarrhoea and constipation? 🤷🏻♀️3 -
I had no idea you could get a hob shaped like that and can only think they never use a large diameter pot which must make cooking rather challenging. It's odd that the current owners seem not to be using the island storage by the dining table either given there's so little space for stuff overall.

Several things flabbergast me about that one.
The price for one, but aside from that the concept that anyone would even consider living in a glorified hallway like that.
And I think for that price I would be wanting some higher end kitchen and bathroom fitouts!

Linear hobs are definitely a thing - albeit I think more usually for electric than gas. We've got one - and I live in fear of it going wrong because getting another one the exact same size and shape is going to be an absolute nightmare!
I confess I do quite like that property - and it's in a great area. Is it "worth" that money though…? Hmmm!
