To be noted the offshore entities are liable for Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings ( ATED ) introduced in 2013 to discourage this form of opaque offshore ownership which don't qualify for the stated reliefs. Like many houses there, bought by opaque foreign buyers, some never or rarely occupied.
London Centric website has been able to identify the legal owner of the house as two companies named after the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah but the individuals who own these companies are hidden behind a further series of off-shore trusts based in the British Virgin Islands and Jersey.

Twigs in pots. Fake timber beams & paneling. Gaudy & pretentious "luxury" brand shopping bags/boxes. "Artistic" shots, particularly ones taken on the Huh (commonly called a Dutch tilt).
