156 Park Road sold for £900k in Sept. 2019.
Looking at houses currently for sale within 1/4 of a mile, there is this one which is up for £1.5m. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/161124119#/?channel=RES_BUY However, that's a four bed property rather than a three bed.
