Not just the kitchen. But the sales blurb does say "in need of modernisation".

And pub carpets. But they probabiy looked right with the furniture in situ.

You can see the point where the garden clearance guy drew the line.

And removing that tree is likely to require a road closure…..

That tree could be taken down without a road closure. A cherry picker would help to get the top half down.

A real shame about the internal doors - Hopefully, they have just had thin sheets nailed over the originals.

Not seeing it as "priced to reflect the considerable work required", especially with an unregistered title. Can get other 2 bed terraces for around the £300K bracket within a mile or so in much better condition.

Looks like it became vacant some time after 2020 because the hedge at the front is really nicely trimmed until then at least.

I hoped the broken window in the back door didn’t imply emergency entry. It will be a nice home again for someone.

Here's the listing on Rightmove. Which doesn't show a toilet at all. So, I'm not sure how the toilet would stop viewings.

Yeah the toilet unit appears to be on what was the  grassy area next to the bus holding area , not front of the house,
Since the unit is not visible on Rightmove nor on Street View,  it will  have had nothing to do with viewings booked,
he is just drawing unnecessary attention to it. You can hardly see it from the house itself. It may bother some people, others may not care.  Nor a landlord renting out.
Of course the noise and traffic from the school opposite didn't seem to bother him.
That would be more of a no no for me.
