Previous owner also had a radiator fetish. Pic 11, the entire length of that internal wall is covered by radiator. The house on the right of front elevation photo looks like an extension added on, but on the garden photo they are separated by a fence. Also, one of my pet hates is there’s no access to the back garden other than through the house.
ADD.
If you go onto street view, and look at the house immediately opposite, that is a detached at the end of a row of semis, with a good bit of land at the side. Am now convinced that the house in this thread was also originally a detached before being ruined.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

They still use a discoloured yellow bog-brush though. I think that little touch of normality makes the house seem more ... accessible to those of us on smaller budgets.0 -

Copied this from a "certain" Reddit thread...
Here's a lovely house with immaculately restored oak beams, beautiful gardens, stylish bathroom and kitchen. What could possibly go wrong?
The streetview selected by the agent is an old sewer with a rough sleeper, some firepits and garbage bags. Not even that close to the actual property

Too low for current regs and a potential fire hazard. If sockets on the skirting board warrant an entry in the "have a look at this" thread we'll have half the houses in the country on here.Old houses with sockets in the skirting board typically have lath and plaster walls full of timber - so not sure how much moving a socket up the wall would reduce the fire risk.2
