That's lovely - not sure where you'd park though.  You missed 'the spot the cat'.
Ha, yep, I must admit, when Owain put the property on here, I didn't notice the cat either.  He is a well chilled out cat.   Completely relaxed.
I didn’t notice the cat either! Had another look and spotted it. This house is lovely.
    OK, where is this cat?

Here is a naice house. I know it's naice because they've got glass worktop savers everywhere

They still use a discoloured yellow bog-brush though. I think that little touch of normality makes the house seem more ... accessible to those of us on smaller budgets.

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/149467760  Interesting place. Apart from the wood panelling, the fire place in the bay window, the avocado suite, the home bar, you have a hodge podge of glass internal doors to admire.
The steps to the garage roof are ideal for the elderly and less mobile.

Ah.  Can't see under the chair.  The picture display ends with the top of the seat.

Previous owner also had a radiator fetish. Pic 11, the entire length of that internal wall is covered by radiator.

Just awful. Kitchen is way too narrow, garden is depressing.

The house on the right of front elevation photo looks like an extension added on, but on the garden photo they are separated by a fence.

Also, one of my pet hates is there’s no access to the back garden other than through the house.

It's unusual for a house of that type/era not to have access to the back garden.  Looking at the attached 'semi' on streetview, I wonder if the house was originally detached, then had a (very) badly designed extension added, then was later split into seperate houses.

    ADD.
If you go onto street view, and look at the house immediately opposite, that is a detached at the end of a row of semis, with a good bit of land at the side.  Am now convinced that the house in this thread was also originally a detached before being ruined.

Spin round and have a look at the house opposite - That one is a detached (with a modest side extension), so you are probably correct.
