That's a lot of house for the money - I thought the neighbour accessed their front through the garden, until I realised that it's the same property. Stupid layout. The only bathroom is on a different floor to the bedrooms and there is no downstairs toilet. Bedroom 1 has 2 windows - would have been more sensible to make bedroom 1 smaller and take some space for a bathroom. Then have the loft room as a 3rd bedroom.
