Just watched episode 3 and found the Radlett property. Actually 2 miles from Radlett.
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/130337972
(Episode 1 also had a Radlett property - Halcyon Hall, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fyyi2cJFxyU we’ve discussed that one on here before. At least that one, on Newlands Avenue is actually in Radlett!)Designed by the renowned F3 Architects, this masterpiece has been completed utilising the finest materials and techniques with meticulous attention to detail.Whereas:
So it actually needs finishing first! What I can see from the add:- Fireplace to be installed or properly board over, image 16.
- Electrical sockets not attached in images 23/24/25/44/47/51/52/57.
- Many dangling cables for smoke alarms?
- Window rebate to be finished, Image 35.
- TV that you cannot watch in bed mounted to wall bracket, image 42.
- Shower panel to be installed so as not to swamp bathroom, image 43.
- Access door to be installed, image 50.
- Smoke alarm to be installed image 55
- Ceiling to be finished in walk in, image 57.
- And that's before you start on the outside:
- Tile the bare concrete patio
- Cover drainage ditch currently filled with scaffold plank.
- Remove debris, bring in topsoil and seed or turf.
- I especially like the stalag left floodlights over the patio, must give the ambiance of an early morning stand to as the Kamp Kommondant tries to find out how many have escaped overnight.
Vendor All told even though it was dropped from £20 mill (3 Jan 23) to £17 mill (15 Nov 23), and even with an allowance to finish, it is ludicrous.
Did somebody say they've run out of cash🤔0 -

Picture 10 worries me, a stream right behind with a high wall each side suggesting it floods to a high level, but the balcony overlooking he stream appears to be lower than the flood wall.
Floor plans are either incredibly badly drawn, or ground floor and first floor extent is different, so some sort of flying freehold issue.2 -
