That aerial view really doesn't look good. It is off-putting indeed. The only way I can see in from the map is from Buckingham mews down the bottom of the map picture below.Patr100 said:

High Street, London NW10, 3 bedroom terraced house for sale - 67365990 | PrimeLocation
I'll keep my flat cap thanks.
Hard to compare exactly but many terraced houses are over a million for the postcode,
Share of freehold is quite good for London as it usually means that all the "houses" own the land they're built on and you're not paying ground rent to someone else and you get a good long lease.
So the price gets you the full house and effectively the land too. You do have to pay service charges though
I don't think it's that bad as you are actually getting a little house and outdoor space instead of an apartment with noise from all sides, or a lower ground floor with a small garden that people living above toss their cigarette butts into
Impossible for anyone with mobility issues having a ladder to the front door and ladders to other areas. Meets housing density targets I guess.
London is relatively cheap these days due to so many people with money leaving and very little investment money from far east and southern Europe.
Maybe it's a good opportunity.
For less than the asking price , you could get a full freehold terraced house on an actual street in other areas of London or even locally probably.
Seems a bad choice and poor value. Good luck with reselling on.

But, I can't see any way through from there on Google maps satellite view. If no-one has found the solution before I'm back from giving blood, I'm going to 'walk' around on Google Streetview and see if I can find anything.

Through the door between "Smart Internet Shop" and "Carwa Bandir" perhaps? Or the gate next to Paddy Power?
Looking at the satellite, I'm guessing the first. Goes underneath 114 and 114A.1 -
yes, Highwood Court through this black portal on the high St. Looks grim. "Secluded" but grim.BarelySentientAI said:Through the door between "Smart Internet Shop" and "Carwa Bandir" perhaps? Or the gate next to Paddy Power?

That's the first time I've seen a floorplan just in meters. How would anyone be able to figure out the real size?RHemmings said:
My eyebrows went up a bit when I saw this as I'm having discussions with my son. I offered to buy him a house, but he wants one in London. Probably not going to work out. But, 'shoebox' caught my eye.joho said:Minimalist shoebox anyone?

Following your link, I couldn't see the property in the description, but found a list of properties. Including this one:
https://www.primelocation.com/for-sale/details/65169658
Still above what I can justify buying, and way more expensive than my entire house here in Leicester. But, just curious about its layout. Surely there's no way that Bedroom 2 is those dimensions. Even if the floorplan is 'not to scale'.

With a calculator? Bedroom 2 is 11 foot 4 inches x 6 foot 1 inch. Bedroom 1 is 11 foot x 8 foot 11 inches.Ocelot said:

Development process
Acquired in 2005, the site posed a range of planning and logistical challenges. Being bordered by 26 separate owners, Party Wall and neighbour issues had to be approached sensitively.
Construction access was complex due to the compact nature of the site which was reachable only through a narrow alleyway.
Layout and massing
The scheme is accessed via a narrow passage from the high street.
